Free Shipping within the continental US for orders of $100 or more! Shipping charge of $8.95 applies to orders under $100. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped by UPS Ground service. Total delivery time, depending on the destination, is 2-10 business days.
For your convenience, we offer Second Day Air Services for an additional charge. Please allow 1 business day processing time for expedited orders. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped out by the United States Postal Service (please allow extra time to receive your package). At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Customer Pick-up is offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from our That's Her Bag store, located at 200 N. Michigan Ave.
